SPRING VALLEY BREWERY ON THE CLOUD
On the Cloud strives to be both refreshing and radiant, and the gorgeous aroma and good body ensure a beautiful balance. On the Cloud uses wheat in addition to barley to create smoothness, and with Nelson Sauvin hops and top fermentation the beer releases a fruity scent like white wine. A beer with broad appeal, its refreshing taste and brilliant flavour create a feeling of happiness, as though being “on a cloud”.
Brewer Kiyoto Haba has a unique background in the research and development of flowers, skills which are utilised when brewing On the Cloud. When developing the recipe for this next generation beer, Kiyoto made the most of the natural flavours of the ingredients, which are beautifully expressed in the beer. Kiyoto says of On the Cloud, “The goodness of the nature is inherent in the material. I would like you to feel the splendour, although raw, there.”
