I can't sign into my account. What should I do?

You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to view or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, please contact our Customer Care team via or call us on 1300 11 MOCU (1300 11 6628) and we will be pleased to help you with your account.

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, it's simple to reset it and gain access your account. Follow the normal login process and when asked for your login click “Forgotten your password?” You will be asked to enter your registered email address and will then be sent a link to reset your password.

How do I place an order with MoCU?

Placing an order with MoCU is a simple, fast and convenient process. Firstly, browse the website and find the MoCU products you are interested in. Simply add the selected products to your cart, and then click ‘Checkout’. Once in the checkout add your delivery and payment details, then you are ready to place your order.

How do I create a MoCU account and what is it for?

Creating an account couldn’t be easier. Click the register/login button in the menu to create an account. Once you have created your account you can use our express checkout and will not need to re-enter your delivery or payment details. In ‘My account’ you can update your details, view past orders, reset your password, and manage your email and delivery preferences.

I'd like to close my account with MoCU. How do I do this?

We're sorry to see you go, but remember, your MoCU account is free and offers you the ease and convenience of shopping without having to enter your details each time. If you would like to completely close your account please contact our Customer Care team via or call us on 1300 11 MOCU (1300 11 6628). We will be pleased to help you with your request.

How can I unsubscribe from your email newsletters?
